Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, 5 June 2025. At the international trade fair for industrial vehicle technology on 11 and 12 June 2025, NewTec GmbH is presenting solutions for cyber-secure cloud applications. These enable vehicle and component manufacturers to integrate functions such as predictive maintenance and over-the-air updates into their products in compliance with all security and safety requirements. Visitors in Cologne can also find out about NewTec's new AI services, including the AI Safety Check, for integrating AI technology into industrial vehicles.

For the external communication and connectivity of off-highway vehicles, for example in construction, agriculture or materials handling, NewTec is presenting the NTSecureCloudSolutions platform. Its hardware and software components – e.g. data acquisition platforms (NTSecureNodes) or cloud interfaces (NTSecureGateways) – allow safety-relevant content such as control commands or parameter settings to be transmitted remotely to vehicles in a cyber-secure manner. NTSecureCloudSolutions also enable the secure transfer of sensor data to a cloud – e.g. for remote maintenance and predictive maintenance. Thanks to features such as a toolchain for PKI management, manufacturers can meet the demanding functional safety requirements associated with security, even in connected vehicles.

Further focal points at this year's iVT Expo will be solutions for integrating AI technologies into safety-related systems. With NewTec's new AI services and the AI Safety Check supported by TÜV Rheinland, manufacturers can determine the application-specific requirements for AI technology and clarify whether the AI technologies used or planned meet these requirements and the regulatory provisions (e.g. of the EU AI Act).

Last but not least, NewTec is providing information on its extensive engineering services in the fields of functional safety and cyber and OT security, as well as on its ready-to-copy platforms, which accelerate product development in various areas and help manufacturers to manage safety and security risks.

Visitors can find further information at the NewTec stand (Hall 4.1), stand no. 8115.
